Supposedly an award winning travel insurance company! Incurred £500 of cost due to flight being cancelled because of wind. Refused to pay for missed connection and lost hotel costs.
What is the point of buying Gold insurance when they can’t cover you for simple no fault delays like this.

One hour wait to speak to an advisor. AVOID.
