This is by far the best estate agency I've ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I was mainly in contact with Joanne and Nicola, who were both lovely, and the set-up of my tenancy was smooth and easy, and they always kept me updated on the application process without me needing to ask first. Friendly, diligent, and welcoming, I cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

We would like to thank Joanne and her colleagues Annaleigh and Nicky very much. Joanne was very helpful and kind, and with the help of her guided tour through the house you could immediately imagine how to fill the house with life. Also throughout the move-in she was always available and very organized. We could not have asked for a better agent for the start.

I moved to Your Move estate agents ( Durham ) after using another agent for several months without any success. I found them diligent , courteous and above all professional. I felt they were personally invested in selling my house and throughout the process were following up without having to be chased which was refreshing. Nicky and Annaleigh were excellent and info moved freely and seamlessly between them. I would also like to mention Ian who was realistic and professional at the outset when establishing my relationship with Your Move. My house is now sold and I believe both seller and buyer were fairly treated and represented throughout .

Where shall I start horrible experience from start to finish for many reasons however there was one constant shining light throughout and that was from the fantastic Angela from your move Durham!
Such a lovely hardworking woman who was always striving to get my house completed above everyone else not to mention just a happy person to talk and cheer me up when i was stressed each time, she really did an amazing job and is such a credit to the organisation I will be popping in with wine for her!
