Craig at 313 helped me through my first house buy and the whole process couldn’t have been any easier. My situation was slightly unusual, due to not being paid in £, and Craig dealt with it without any fuss. Due to the buying process being drawn out (not due to anything to do with 313) I even managed to renegotiate my mortgage rate from the initial agreement when the national interest rate dropped. Couldn’t recommend Craig and 313 enough. Thanks everyone.

Cannot recommend 313 Financial enough! Katie and Lauren were the absolute dream team when it came to my remortgage! They talked me though everything so I understood fully what was happening and what was on offer and were always happy to answer all my questions even the silly ones! They even helped me understand the policies I currently had that had been set up incorrectly from a previous advisor (not from 313) that wasn’t fully explained at the time of my initial mortgage. They both made sure to find the best deal for me for both mortgage and life insurance and I knew from the first call from both of them that I was in safe hands. Really happy with the service I received from Craig and Paul when buying my first home. I literally had no clue about mortgage offers, rates etc but Craig explained everything to me and no question was felt to be a silly one or left unanswered. I contacted advisor Stephen Dixon about making my first ever Will and he guided me through the process with ease, clearly explaining it all to me and I was very happy with the final result. From start to finish of buying my first home Josh Beswick was brilliant, always friendly and extremely knowledgeable with great explanations simplifying the most complicated topics going the extra mile with any issues or questions and he would always get back to me with a response even if it was 6 or 7pm in the evening. He's very clearly good at what he does and takes great pride in his job of helping other people the best way possible.

I mainly dealt with Josh but everyone else who I dealt with at 313 were a pleasure and took away that little bit of stress that comes with buying a house with a brilliant service and I can't thank everyone enough for being a part of this journey in helping me achieve this milestone of owning my first home.
