We have been working with WeParaplan for around four months now. This is the first outsourcing Paraplanning company we have had a working relationship with, so initially we didn't know what to expect but I think it's safe to say they have blown our expectations out of the water. Now we are in the flow of submitting cases to them it's a really streamlined process and has helped relive some of the workload pressure, enabling us to focus on process improvements and client interaction, which are so vital in our industry. The suitability reports produced are of really good quality and from the get go, and still to this day, they listen to feedback and changes we make to our forever evolving reports. Everyone I have interacted from WeParaplan has a great technical knowledge and even if it's just a technical question I need a second opinion on, they are always happy to help. Further to this, I would class all the team as Paraplanners and not just report writers, where I make that distinction is that when we submit a case, they will look at all the information available and it feels like they try to get to know the client as much as possible; they speak to us about any identified gaps or technical considerations, which helps our entire process be more compliant and better for the end client.

WeParaplan are a lovely bunch and have been a great resource to us and I am sure they will be for the foreseeable future.
