I like the fact that you have 24/7 access to your documents via the online portal also using the 1tap app you never have to worry about a misplaced receipt or expense. It's also good to know that Chris is also available out of office times, there have been a few occasions in the past I've had issues and Chris has been there to offer advice and support.
