I emailed Sorrymate to discuss a case that is being run by my accident management company and a preferred law firm on behalf of my insurer after being involved in an incident. He offered supportive and helpful insight on valuing my motorcycle which is rare and valuable to me despite it's age. He also made a courtesy call and helped clarify the concept of betterment to me. Fergus comes across as being knowledgeable about motorcycling based on a couple of comments about helmets he made over the phone and if I didnt have an accident managment company and law firm acting on behalf of my insurer already I would gladly have Fergus take on my case. Depending on how my case progresses, I may well pass the case onto him based on our conversations to date. As a motorcycle instructor, it matters to me if my claim is being handled by a fellow motorcyclist and I would not hesitate to recommend Fergus from what I have learned from him so far.

I contacted Sorry Mate after my insurance appointed solicitor proved to be the legal equivalent of a chocolate teapot. They were very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the transfer process and within 3 weeks had made more progress than in the previous 12 months.

Fergus was great at keeping me up to date and aware of the whole process. It's clear he has plenty of legal experience and knows the tactics employed by the other side.

I wouldn't go anywhere else should I end up in this situation again.

I started going through my insurance solicitors and was waiting for days or a week for a response and got sick and tired of waiting and then boom Sorrymate was on the radio. The response was incredible and so professional it's unreal. A couple months later my case was settled. I can't thank my appointed solicitor enough. Definitely recommend them too anyone.

Second time dealing with Sorrymate. I don't know why anyone would go through their insurance when you get such a brilliant level of service from Sorrymate. Accidents/claims drag out for a long time but I always felt reassured and kept updated throughout the whole process. Even if it was a small amount of information. I was involved in an accident last year. The legal team from my insurance company were awful. I found sorry mate an it was sorted. I spoke to the team, they took the details and they were off. I was well informed and kept upto date at every stage. Once the amount was agreed it was paid very quickly. They take less than other companies and understand bikers. I hope I don't need assistance again but if I do I'll be back to sorry mate straight away

The staff at sorrymate made the whole crash claim so easy and you could tell they were on your side not just after money if I crash again they will be the first people I call thanks to all the team 10/10👍
