Brilliant customer care. The staff go out of their way to try to accommodate my wife and make sure she is comfortable whilst dealing with her banking, she has mobility issues and a comfy chair is always offered. The staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful indeed!

Okay Building Society, staff friendly and it's very clean however they make you wait ages.

Parking available but sometimes difficult. Staff in branch very friendly even opened a counter for me. No one standing outside waiting to enter and nice interior. Quite local to me but on a bus route.
