I had an application accepted and the young lady on the phone was pleasant enough, I was then told to expect a call following the weekend, 6 text messages saying I would receive a call shortly passed and a call never happened.

I tried to be proactive and call myself but spent over 3 hours on hold over 3 phone calls, no answer.

The webchat is very clearly an automated chat and I was promised a call 3 times on this, much to my shock, nothing.

To then receive a message saying they have tried to contact me and if I dont call them by the end if the day then my application would be cancelled is extremely unprofessional.

I have since gone for a leasing option with V4B, these were very quick to answer questions and I would highly recommend them rather than this bunch of cowboys.

If this is how they treat a new potential customer then I'd hate to see the state of their customer service inbox.

Update: Very quick to call when a poor review and email telling them to cancel the application is sent.

Just purchased my Audi A6 Avant through these guys and can't praise them enough.
Had a very limited credit rating yet now the proud owner of this fantastic 16 plate car.
Was very fussy on spec of vehicle and had support every step of the way, ending up with better than I asked for.
Very patient team of sales.

Done the whole process through my side. One of there guys rang me, by chance I missed the call. Called back multiple times, eventually got through after half hour to only be told by the dude who answered that since you're not my customer and other agent rang you he will call you back. Never happened. Spent 45 minutes trying to get hold of someone on phone again and phone eventually got cut off. Still 15 minutes before the company closes according to their working hours but no one on the phone. I can't believe I wasted so much time. Ridiculous.

Brought my new car from tommy at tailor made, fantastic service from start to finish! i was slightly nervous about buying a car without seeing it first but everything tommy said to expect from there service he delivered on! will defiantly be back for my next car!

Avoid this company at all costs. Car was due to be delivered a month ago. Been told lie after lie about why and when it will be delivered. Weekly broken promises, have even been charged for first months payment on the car that we do not have.
