I’ve used the lovely Deanne twice now. She helped me secure my first mortgage and got me an amazing deal.
But she went well above and beyond just that! It was a very stressful time in my life - I had separated from my partner and was buying a house on my own. My estate agent wasn’t very easy to contact so Deanne liaised with my lawyer and the seller’s estate agent to keep me updated. She took the time to reassure me and to explain the process and what was happening. She well and truly went above and beyond and answered many a panicked tearful phone call with endless patience and kindness. Nothing was too much bother. She was just simply amazing and incredibly supportive and knowledgeable.
I genuinely don’t know how I would have coped without her guidance and generosity.

So would I recommend Straker Financial Services. A million percent! Deanne is incredibly good at her job, she understands and knows the market and all its intricacies but beyond that she’s just wonderfully kind and a truly beautiful person.

I would highly recommend Straker Financial Services. Deanne did our mortgage for us for when we were moving home. Not only did she secure us a great, competitive mortgage, she also helped us through everything until we moved. It was an extremely stressful time during covid with new obstacles popping up all the time. Deanne stayed in touch throughout the whole process, always offering a listening ear and reassurance.
