Saw negative comments about this agent however decided to give them a chance as everyones experience is different- Enquired about viewing a property with them, had a phone call where they took my information, told me I had a viewing the next day in Upminster, and never turned up! Very disappointing.

I usually don't comment negatively but this agency is terrible. They treat the customers very badly, they only answer when they want and the flats they present do not look at all like in the pictures ! ? A waste of time! ?

UNPROFESSIONAL!they accept my saftey deposit and all my references checked,after wasting my 1 week when i go for contract sign she said property is rented out a week ago to someone.making lame excuses clearly could tell she was lying or was not aware of situation.RUBBISH services and totally unprofessional

Far from the madding crowd, this independent estate agent is a gem among the cluster of agents in Grays town centre. Very friendly and personal and quality service from Victor, Paul and Courtney. They got me a tenant within 2 weeks where my other agents had tried 6 weeks in vain.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star. They stole my deposit when I moved out. They did not put my deposit in GOV protection scheme which they claimed they did. This is criminal, not an organised company. STAY AWAY!!!
