I had high hopes for this company. Finally an investment scheme that I could be a part of, without it impacting on my faith. However like the majority of other negative ratings, my experience with Yielders has been woefully poor, let down by the incompetence of its staff who prefer to ignore emails and stay silent after 3/4 chasers on every single piece of correspondence. With respect your staffing issues are not our problem.
I am currently trying to exit my last of two investments and will now be referring the issue to the FCA.
If anyone is thinking of putting their hard earned cash into this company, one word: Don’t.

Very poor customer service! As mentioned by others, yields have been dropping consistently due to the silliest of reasons! I've been trying exit an investment and there seems to be no way to do so quickly! It's been horrible! Contact details don't work and neither do emails!

Edit: Off the back of that, I was lucky enough for this review to have reached someone of authority within the company. He mentioned a huge restructuring in progress and hopefully a chance to revive the company to what it used to be when it started off. The phone lines still need to be answered!

Edit 2024: And, we're back to square one! No response across the board.

Very poor level of customer service. Awaiting funds from an SPV which was sold and there has been no communication to investors. Despite numerous emails and IMs, there have been no responses and their phone number is not functioning. This company is not able to efficiently exit investments and investors need to factor in the long period of time they will have to wait to get their capital back on their investment decision (if in fact they do get it back).

Disappointing. I had high hopes when I invested in a property through Yielders in 2018 but can only conclude that this is an amateur service. Yielders promises to provide a halal means of gaining exposure to returns from rental property, yet 3 years on I somehow find myself sitting on a large loss on investment.

I invested a not insignificant amount of money into a property with a 3-year investment term "ending" in Q2 this year. While I had received monthly income as promised throughout the term, I did not receive my principal as advertised. I am therefore sitting on a 80%+ loss! When the property was supposed to be sold, I was told that the sale would be delayed by a couple of months due to the purchaser's "extensive due diligence" (somewhat of a red flag). A month or so later, I was told that the sale fell through (surprise surprise) and the company would look to relist the property at what appeared to be a higher price (which is baffling given the sale didn't occur the first time round). The latest update was that the property had a few viewings but no interest and the estate agent recommended giving the property a" thorough clean" to make it more marketable (you didn't clean the place? Seriously?). I have since grown tired of their excuses and general lack of a material update on the sale hence decided to write this review.

I now have no certainty as to whether or not I will receive my money let alone when. Even if a sale goes through at the end of the year, my capital would have been tied up for far longer than promised. The property was one of the first offered by Yielders to have gone through its investment horizon; it may well be the case that others are also waking up to the prospect of not having their principal returned to them as Yielders struggle to sell their properties when agreed. If you want to tie up your money for years and lose most of it at the end of the term (worst case) or get it back with a small annualised return far later than agreed (best case) then this is the investment service for you. You have been warned.

Interesting idea but failed to deliver, very tired of delays & excuses.
Initially this seemed interesting; a steady trickle of income. However, as time went on, more and more properties had (for ex) bad tenants, unexpected maintenance issues, and vastly delayed sales. I'm still waiting for the conclusion of a sale that should have taken place, one year ago, and for which there has been no income for one year.
