Attended the Milton Keynes branch today with my husband 15 minutes before closing. We undertook quite a few transactions/opening accounts. The service given was so friendly and professional despite it being so close to closing time, we were not rushed and we were there until 12.25. Special thanks to the ladies who served us - Kelly & Emma!

Sorry to see that the opening hours on the website have not been changed despite saying that it was updated by the branch a week ago. I made a special trip to the branch, arriving at 3.45 only to discover that it closed at 3. This was on a Monday. Will have to try again tomorrow. Do they also close for lunch? Beware !
Until today I would give 5 stars as service has been great on my previous visits.

Despite the website saying the closing times is 4.45pm the MK branch closes at 3.00pm on Thursdays at least. Found this out after a special journey to open an ISA. Arrived at 15.10 to find it shut up.
