I recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality.On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity.They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable.My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I stayed last week and brought my kids to the Hamleys Santa’s Grotto: they loved it! The hotel is grand and it’s easy to explore the central area of London as it’s right at the top of Regent Street. The staff was very welcoming and took extra care with my children. We also had Afternoon Tea: wonderful setting, tasty scones and delicious sandwiches. Can’t wait to be back in London, now I know where I will stay again.

I took my Mum for afternoon tea as a belated Christmas present. We were served by Elena, who was very friendly and welcoming. We both really enjoyed our afternoon tea! The decor was beautiful and there was a pianist playing which created a lovely ambience.

Festive afternoon tea
Lovely afternoon team experience during the holidays. I love an afternoon tea and this was my first time trying at the langham.
The team were friendly and professional. Afternoon tea was nice, and the room had a lovely atmosphere with pianist. Although you have a set time on the table, you didn’t feel rushed at all, staff were attentive and accommodating.
Location is good, steps away from central London / Oxford Circus

Love, love, love the Langham London!!! Absolute favorite hotel in London! Stayed for 5 days the first week in December as we love to see all the Christmas lights. Our room is always spotless and has great amenities. We have access to the Langham Club which is our home away from home. Gee, Vitalis and Benny took such great care of us. The food offerings are always fresh, amazing and plentiful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Impeccable service, stunning room, the VIP club is a place you’d never wanna leave. The lobby at Christmas time is stunning and when you leave, you just wanna come back right away. Art is everywhere and good art it is. Art books in your room that you really wanna read. The details they get here are just beyond any other hotel. Turn right on you’re right in Oxford circus and shopping mania galore. Turn left and you are in a cozy little neighborhood to walk in with pubs and tiny shops. Is it possible to live there (asking for a friend)

The Langham Hotel has long been synonymous with luxury, but my recent stay revealed several disappointing changes that fall short of its renowned reputation.||Firstly, the term "complimentary" feels misleading. If one has paid for the Club Lounge rate, the so-called complimentary elements are, in reality, simply included in the price of the room. This terminology feels disingenuous and detracts from the overall experience.||The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the reduced hours of the Club Lounge. Prior to COVID, the lounge stayed open until, I believe 10.30pm which is a far cry from the midnight closure of yesteryear—which was a wonderful feature for late-night relaxation. Now, however, it closes at 9 PM, which is a significant downgrade. The early closure is not only disappointing but also poorly communicated. For example, I witnessed a young lady at the reception desk inform guests at 8:53 PM that the lounge was closed. This was confusing because the hotel's timing details state that alcoholic refreshments are available from 12–9 PM. Based on this, one would reasonably assume that drinks are served up to and until 9 PM, rather than the lounge closing abruptly at that time. Clarification is sorely needed to avoid such misunderstandings.||Another area that has notably declined is the quality of the hors-d'œuvre /canapés. Previously, the selection included a decent range of sandwiches that, while not exceptional, were far superior to what is now served. The current offering is lacklustre, with odd choices such as soup included. How does soup pair well with a glass of Taittinger champagne or a cocktail? The sophistication once associated with the canapés has sadly diminished, leaving me unimpressed.||Additionally, I find it perplexing that a 5-star hotel does not serve champagne, prosecco, or cava at breakfast. Instead, alcoholic refreshments are restricted to the 12–9 PM timeframe, which further diminishes the sense of indulgence and flexibility one would expect from a hotel of this calibre.||Overall, while The Langham maintains its aura of elegance, these changes in service and standards do not align with its reputation. If the hotel wishes to justify its premium pricing, it must revisit these aspects to ensure that long-standing patrons continue to feel valued and catered for.

We had yet another fantastic 4 night stay.

This hotel, facilities and location are fab, however it’s the staff in the exec lounge that make our stay special.

Ivan, Luis and Angelina went over and above as always to make sure we had a fantastic time. These guys deliver service to another level - we miss them when they’re not around.

Can’t wait to return.
