My daughter and her boyfriend just completed contract on rental with Interlet. Due to their work commitments I had involvement in part of process, Graham and Charlotte have gone out of their way to make sure this deal was completed as quickly as possible after some delays (not from their side)! I have recently moved and Interlet Property were my letting agent. I mostly had communications with Charlotte, who was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, professional, efficient and was happy to answer all of my questions. Moving can be so stressful but Charlotte was always quick at responding to my queries, and really helped my move run smoothly. I also had email communication with Emily, who was also lovely.
Definitely recommend this letting agent.

Had a terrible experience with Charlotte the realtor who belittled me and my partner when showing us a property.

It's our first time moving out and we have a large sum saved as well a guarantor in position which the main office said may be acceptable to rent depending on the landlord and so a viewing was arranged.

When we met with Charlotte however she scoffed at us and lectured us on our situation. She reluctantly and hastily showed us the apartment within a five minute time span, refusing to shake our hand and leaving promptly as if we wasted her time.

I understand we are unaware of the full scale of renting practices and policies and that Charlotte may be upset at that. But when you're told one thing then belittled for believing it, that's just plain wrong.

I cannot comment for the rest of interlet property management, but we are seriously disheartened and upset at how we were treated.

Well what can say.absolute shambles
Man on the phone never had a clue when asked questions then blatantly lied over the phone.
Then had a viewing planned .confirmed on the morning 45 mins later cancelled.
Not professional at all
I would Not recommend these people to rent you a dog kennel.once again absolute shambles.
Lady's and gents go to a well known estate agent.stay well clear
