Okay until you want to withdraw your money and then it's we want to see 4 months worth of bank statements and other questions and in the meantime we'll hold on to your money until you do so. Had hoped to just take my money and leave without providing bank statements as no longer wanted to use them but no my funds are being with held until I provide 4 months worth of bank statements. Judging by all the other reviews, think I made a mistake using these guys.

Update: provided what was asked and have since heard nothing nor received any money, terrible service, they treat your money as if it's their own

Avoid their savings account like the plague!!. The way they treat customers is an insult to the word “service”. Interrogate you like you’re a criminal and hold your money without explanation. The anxiety and stress these clowns have caused me this week is unacceptable and I’m still waiting for my money!!!!.

If I could give a zero, I would. Do not use this company. I requested a withdrawal on the 07/11/2024 and they told me it can take up to 10 working days to complete the sell down process and I’d receive my withdrawal by the evening of the 21/11/2024. On 22 November I messaged them as I hadn’t received it. They replied 3 days later apologising and that they had raised it with the team to look into so they could release my funds. The next day I got the same message as I’d received on 7/11/24 - they’d now start the process to sell my investments and make the funds available and it can take up to 10 working days. This message was sent twice on 26 November. When I messaged to ask why they were starting the process on 26/11/24 when I requested it on 7/11/24, I was told they the funds should have released but they automatically began reinvesting!!! They needed to set up the withdrawal again for the funds to sell down. I said I wanted to make a formal complaint as I was now incurring interest charges on my current account overdraft. 5 working days later and I’m STILL waiting for the money and a response to my complaint will take 4-8 weeks. Absolute nightmare for me! Avoid!

I've been using Wealthify for about seven months now, thanks to a referral from my sister through their "Refer a Friend and Get £50 Each" offer. Although it took some time to receive the reward, once I contacted the company and provided the necessary evidence, we both received the reward.

I find their customer service exemplary. They don't leave you hanging; they respond even if the resolution isn't immediate. For me, that's the key to good service.

I have read the negative review, but I feel they do not represent the market and how slow it has been across the board.

I started with Wealthify March 2019 and my ISA has grown better than any other ISA’s I have had in the past.

Note, some years have been slow, but I have always looked over many years and not short term.

The App is great and easy to read.

I am also really happy with the service, it’s quick and simple.

This used to be a reasonable company to deal with. It now has become very poor and I would advise looking at other providers. I'm now in the process of removing my pension with them. Money taken from my ISA, advised payment by close of business. No money arrived. Lame excuse of a problem with the system and it may take a few days for the funds to arrive...although my ISA is showing the money has gone. Very unprofessional and it takes 3 days for customer complaints to call you. Must be soo many complaints that they are swamped. Do you own research but I'm leaving them

Never had any issues. Had an ethical confident plan which grew reasonably, moved to an original adventurous plan also up. Current annual return of 9.5% - which is less than my global tracker held elsewhere, but that's the efficient markets hypothesis for you.
Nice app. Found the risk selector slightly frustrating, but evidently other people have taken risks with Wealthify that they weren't in the long term for and didn't like the outcome of.

EDIT: Wealthify have not resolved this issue, I am having to pursue a complaint to even get an answer to where my money has gone.

Avoid - terrible customer service when issues arise. Wealthify lost one of my deposits and have refused to take any steps to rectify the issue. The first person I spoke to just removed the pending deposit from my account with no explanation as to what had happened and said they would be in touch. I then followed up a week later and was told there was no record of any deposit (obviously because they had removed the deposit previously) and they are now refusing to look into the issue or provide an explanation. No willingness to actually look into and resolve issues, their attitude seems to be that they are doing me a favour rather than providing a service which I am unfortunately paying for.

The responses to other negative reviews are very telling - asking you to contact customer support where you will inevitably be fobbed off.
