I had a policy with this company for the past year and didn't make a single claim. My annual policy amount was over £400, but when the renewal quote arrived, they quoted me £1,364.16. This is daylight robbery.

Last week, I tried getting a car insurance quote on Confused.com, and leading companies like Aviva and Quote Me Happy offered me quotes of less than £500.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are losing customers because they don’t focus on customer service and are instead finding ways to profit unfairly.

purchased insurance 2 years ago for myself and daughter as a named driver.. my daughter had a car accident put in the claim to be told my insurance is invalid.. the day i took the policy out i contacted go girl to make sure everything is in order for my daughter to drive lady on phone “congratulated” my daughter on passing her test and said the insurance was live.. 2and a half years later now being told they won’t pay out for my daughters car because i told them she has a provisional license and they are billig me.. once i told them about the phone call they can’t trace any phone calls beyond 2 years!!!
absolute useless scammer company they will do anything not to pay out…
(even tho my daughter wasn’t at fault and the claim is coming off the other driver)

I had the policy 14 days ago with this company when I tried to cancel my policy on 15th day they didn’t want to refund my deposit which is £595. It looks like scam.
I advise any person who wants to ensure with Go girl Insurance do not they are scammer by the way, this us worse company I ever had

This experience has been absolutely appalling. I was charged nearly ten thousand pounds a year for my car insurance, but my messages have been ignored, and my request for a refund of my premium following the cancellation of my policy has been refused. They claim there is a recorded claim on my policy, but that claim was made in error, and I have requested its closure multiple times, only to have my requests ignored. The claims team has used a threatening tone and interrogated me for information. They seem to disregard my messages entirely, responding like robots with predetermined responses.

If you are reading this, I strongly advise you to avoid this company. Purchasing insurance from them may be easy, but obtaining a refund or resolving an issue will be nearly impossible.

So unhappy, so rude staff, no help at all Christmas time as well, cancel insurance. Never use this company never recommend.
