I have been looked after by Gary Moulson at Keith Michaels for well over a decade now, and I have unfortunately needed to use their services on two occasions when I have been driven into. My advice to anyone looking to insure a high performance car is that you ensure you have good cover adequate for your needs and not necessarily the lowest quote you can find through an online search.

Hallelujah, at last, someone to talk to who knew and understood what I required, Daniel Fathers, well done and thank you again. The whole process from quotation to accceptance was carried out efficiently and with good grace and humour. As they say, you get what you pay for.

Update, I e mailed them a couple of days later to inform them of a number plate change, new documents back within the hour. No hesitation in recommending Keith Michaels Ins Brokers.

Great experience with Keith Michaels. As an expat returning to the UK after 11 years overseas, the more "standard" insurance companies wouldn't even consider accepting my no claims certificates from overseas and the quotations were very high. The agent with Keith Michaels was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable, and quickly came back with a policy that gave me some deduction to reflect my positive overseas driving history. The service was prompt, everything was done how and when promised, and as I was due to move house she also recommended I call back as she felt the policy price would reduce, which it did by almost £200.
I will definitely use the company again and would certainly recommend them, particularly for someone who's case is a little unusual or out of the ordinary.

As a non-resident of the UK I have been able to insure my vehicle there with Keith Michaels in recent years. I have never needed to make a claim and it is on the expensive side considering how little I drive the car. However, I have found Annie especially helpful each year and have continued renewing.
