I have been with Leaders Ltd for many years and I must say that one of the best property managers I have experienced in a while is Larissa Hall. She is a committed professional that has demonstrated both industry knowledge, experience and works to always deliver the best service to both the landlord and tenant. Leaders should be very proud of Larissa and I'm sure they consider her the strong asset that she is.

Leaders have been a terrible property management company for letting my property. I would not recommend to Landlords or prospective tenants. 1 star is too much. The property management team is one of the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant team and people that I have ever encountered.

Firstly we had an awful time trying to understand the billing as they messed up their accounting system and all I got was excuses from Property Management rather than trying to resolve with their accounts team.

Secondly, when we had leak issues several times from the flat above, Leaders did not help to resolve including protecting the flat above and hiding information to us even though they are managing our property. They were also managing another property which was suspected of causing the leak and rather than being impartial to resolve the issue, they sided with the other landlord and did not investigate or co-operate (talk about conflict of interest). We had many aggressive and confrontational communications from Sophie, Leanne and Shirley from the Leaders Property Management team even when we are their clients and they are working on our behalf. Additionally, when we requested the inspection report to confirm timelines for the leak, it was discovered that Leaders had not performed the inspection as they were meant to have done as per the terms of business. And they still refused to admit that they were in breach of the conditions of contract.

Even when the Building Management for the block stepped in, the Leaders Property Management team continued to feed false information and lie to the Building Management about what Leaders were doing to resolve the leak issues. An example is when the Building Management instructed Leaders to stop the water supply to the flat suspected of causing the leak, Leaders confirmed that they would and informed the building management that it had been stopped however when we went to the property, it had not been stopped. Additionally, we suspect Leaders tell their plumbers what to say in any visit rather than actually inspecting property.

In an emergency situation, Leaders fail to act and are more than happy to leave tenants living in a terrible situation. My tenants have been without electricity, heating and a usable bedroom/bathroom for more than 2 months now due to Leaders obstructing any activities to resolve the leak issue so we can repair the property. When we investigated the leak ourselves as the landlord and found the leak was dripping from the floor above and onto electrical wiring, Leaders still refused to act putting the whole building at risk.

Very unprofessional company. Also, if you try to raise a complaint with their customer care, the customer care say they cannot action soon as they have a number of complaints to address....I think that says it all.

Victoria and Beckie have been absolutely brilliant with someone who's clearly never moved before!

The process was straight forward, easy and they went over and above to ease the stresses that naturally occur when moving.

I'd highly recommend in future if anybody wants a service that they can trust.
