I manage family investments through this firm - aside from ever declining fund values even in boom times their professionalism or lack of really shines through when you have a query - had great fun getting a power of attorney registered - they’d rather keep sending post to the wrong address despite the fraud risk! Friendly on the phone but more centralised paperwork on admin matters - out of a dozen companies faced with a similar “challenge” (it’s not exactly landing a moon rover) only British Gas performed worse. Life’s too short to waste time with M&G Investments.
