Lived in a patchett homes 1 bedroom flat for 5 years, the staff are rude and can't handle been told they're wrong, patronising and stuck up know it all employees ESPECIALLY ROXY they will put high prices in for work done on the property not giving any sort of invoices or receipts for work done, when there was next to no work needed doing which aculmilated to a 3rd of the property value, they think it's OK to not communicate with the renter and go straight to the gaurentour, they use women on the phones who are man haters and act really nice but are nasty, would never rent off them again, would be the last place I'd goto

Terrible company. Had me in a house with a leaking roof and major damp issues for almost 2 years. Lost count of how many times I had to send the same photos of damage because they said they'd pass it on to the landlord and then a few weeks later after not hearing back I'd ring again and they say they can't do anything without photos so the whole process repeated over and over. The landlord finally fixed the roof.... miraculously at the exact same time he deciced he's selling the house. Roxy Broome is rude and combative, just speaks over you with a sarcastic demeanour and doesn't let you finish what you're saying. I Strongly advise that you avoid patchettes at all cost, don't think I can think of a single good thing to say about them. Just see the state of what they left me living in for over a year in the pics below. I ended up loosing clothes furniture and family photos/momentos to the mold and damp.

As per patchettes reply. You sent me round and round in circles having me take pictures of the same damage over and over again which you clearly weren't sending to the landlord because he told me personally that you hadn't sent him anything. And to top it all off and add insult to injury you're still trtijg to claim my deposit for things that you know fully well were already damaged when I moved into the house because Julia herself told me she knew of it and that it would be fixed at some point. Another in a long list of lies. Told me the kitchen would be cleaned before I moved into the house, didn't happen it was filthy. Told me the kitchen (which was over 10 years old when I moved in) would be getting replaced, never happened. Told me the bathroom sink that you knew had a crack in it would be replaced, never happened.

I highly suggest anyone using this dreadful company photo catalogue absolutely everything in the house. They will try and pull a fast one and attempt to steal your deposit

I've been a tenant of patchetts for around 14 years now. Me and my partner have always loved dealing with them as they always sort any problems out straight away with the house. Always got on with all staff over the years and loved dealing with them as they are friendly. Roxie, Julia, Kim, Dean, Aaron,Charles ,James.
