When i first went to them, the accountant i met was wary unclear and sounded like, just say what you want to say and get out. Second time when i come for a appointment, i took my 4 year old daughter with me, as mom was at work. I arrived 5 min prior to my meeting and sat down to wait for the accountant, I believe hes name was John, the receptionist for some reason was not wary pleased to see me, not sure way, probably i was not looking important enough. 5 minutes later a other lady come in and was waiting for the appointment as well. The receptionist suddenly was all polite and chatty to her. I was like, wow she must not like me. But the real thing that struck me is, she offered the coffee to the other lady but not me, even the fact that i was sitting right there and my accountant was already 10 min late. At that point i was boiling, how disrespect full is that, but as soon as the lady got her coffee, the receptionist offer her biscuits and other sweets with the coffee and nothing to me nor my daughter. The lady who got the sweets was kind enough to understand the situation and offered her biscuit to my daughter, to ease the tension in the room, as at that point i was boiling of anger. God bless the kind lady, as she ended up sneaking 2 moor biscuits to my little girl, as she really like them.(receptionist was not happy to see that)

Long story cut short, i had to wait 30 min for the accountant and he only bothered to come down because i started to confront the receptionist regarding hes where about, even thought i had a appointment. After a meting i tried to contact the accountant several times, and every time was told he will call you back and never did. I guess i was not important enough. Am from ester Europe and living in UK for last 15 years, i have never seen such disrespectful company as Pethericks & Gillard Limited.
