Adam and the team are a breath of fresh air. We recently switched over with our accounts in a mess from a previous accountancy and Digi sorted them out with an efficiency I have never seen with any accountants we have used before. I was contacted by HMRC advising I retrospectively needed to complete a self assessment, which was completely new territory for me and unexpected.
