Really a crap bank! Tried to contact via phone a few times but always end up placed in the queue (always queue number 1 as well). NO concept of customer service despite operating in the middle of London 😀 No wonder Sri Lanka has not moved forward with modern banking practices in a century !!!

Tried calling them today. Was told for 10 minutes I was number one in the queue and then told that the person was unavailable and the call was shut off. Not a good look for a bank.

Only Sri Lankan Bank operating in the UK, Offers a variety of services including retail banking services, Understands customer needs and helps efficiently. They provide very competitive exchange rates for GBPs too... Great Team of guys to work with, Recommend!!!
