The worst bank in the world. Terrible customer experience especially if you have raised a complaint. Outdated systems, hardly any bank to walk in, terribly app user experience, you will spend
Hours on the phone trying to get though to speak to anyone. Do not use this bank. I am leaving it!

Bank stuck in the 1st Century with outdated technology, who cannot email you the bank statements, but they would rather waste money on paper, envelopes and stamps; only for me to have to scan it and send it further into our current era to other companies as necessary. Also their technology is so ancient, that they cannot let you access your account once they've closed it down online.
Please do not wonder why I left!! Appalling products/services!! Super disappointing!!

Wir haben alte Pfundnoten zum Umtausch mitgebracht. Der freundliche Wachmann am Eingang sprach sogar etwas deutsch. Leider mussten wir dann sehr sehr lange warten bis wir dran gekommen sind. Sogar der Wachmann vom Eingang ist gekommen um zu sehen, warum es den bei uns so lange dauert. Der Umtausch ging dann schnell zur Sache.
