very happy with the help and support from BOB London ,visited there last week for an attestation purpose and unfortunately i don't have all the required documents , i was so annoyed about the communication error from the Indian branch . i spoke to one of their staff named Resmitha and she was so supportive even though she was busy with her works she still find time to print my own documents and completed as per procedure , so happy for the kind response from her and thank you

I came all the way from Germany and missed my appointment because of a cancelled flight. Rasmita Dalal was so kind and such a warm person. Bank of Baroda UK branch ABSOLUTELY USELESS, every time I TRY and ring them, they say that THEY ARE CONSTANTLY BUSY. CANNOT speak to anyone at the Bank NO matter what time you ring. Then they forward you to a CALL CENTRE ( BASED IN INDIA) again voice mail, THAT NO ONE ANSWERS, HENCE LINE GOES DEAD. They are A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, they WANT YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER LETS YOU TAKE ANY MONEY OUT 😔🇳🇪

Never Ever bank with this bank. They are thieves and will freeze your account, then say you cannot get access to your own money. They will make you try fighting for years and tears to get access. They still will Not let you access your funds.
Completely Stupid bank. Idiots. Who have No customer service. No business Ethics.

Tried calling them a number of times never pick up and ringing tone terminated by bank, they notified me that they are closing my Bank account as I did not give them the information only if they check their email and it was sent via the Wembley Branch.
What a well run Bank must work on the same work ethics as India.
This was the City Branch.
