Sadly I was spoken to rudely by the man behind the post office counter. I won't be going back there again for any post matters or to shop.
A real shame as we are losing Post Offices. It costs nothing to be nice.

One star at best - Rude proprietor (Mr P - 'thats late that is') - and more than one of his current staff are of a similar ilk. Used this place every day and spent ITRO £40K per annum here for the last 4 years; you will be lucky to get a smile on arrival. Business partner sent Reena a text when we moved-on, thanking her for her assistance and no reply. Enough said......Disgraceful.......These folks do not appreciate any custom - Go elsewhere with your business, is the moral to this tale.....wan

Would not take my parcels, saying my postage was wrong, when they were not. Very rude, and scanned all the parcels even I after I said to not do it, if he is not taking them as I won't be able to get a refund on my postage. If I go somewhere else, costed me money for new labels, and my postage was fine, got it collected by royal mail. I have been doing this for years went there for the first time and, got told many rude things, and even the lady that sells sandwiches was trying to butt in.Very bad costumer service.

Every item I posted from here went missing - I think the staff could have been involved - will never use again. Also layout of post office is a mess.

Quite simply the rudest post office I ever been in , the lady behind the sandwich counter needs to go on a anger management course speaks to customers like something she’s found on the bottom of her shoes, I can safely say I will not be using there services again !
