I visited the branch of Bangkok Bank today and it was absolutely waste of time.
There is nothing you can do in that branch.
I wanted to confirm identity for APP , but excuse I was told that systems are not linked. 2024?
Conveniently only thing they are fine with is transfer money to Thailand.

Don't be misled like I was. This is Bangkok Bank in name only. They are unable to process anything to do with your Bangkok Bank account. If you need a branch to carry out a transaction on your account, you need to get on a plane to Thailand! I kid you not....

My brother had an account in Thailand unfortunately he was killed. This Bank makes it impossible to close his account. They know money was also stolen from his account and are hiding it. I’ve sent them legal document stamped by the Thai Embassy but they won’t except it

I have a fair amount of money in Bangkok bank from when I lived in Thailand. When I tranfered money into my Bangkok bank account from the UK to Thailand it took 24 hours max before I had confirmation of it being credited. Now I'm trying to get the money from my Bangkok account into my British account I have been waiting over 5 months. I've even been to London to the bank, that was over a month ago!!!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY

why dont you give a valid email address ? i am living in thailand and want to contact you , i have tried operations email add but does not accept it you have made a mistake on funds you have charged me on money transfer why should i have to phone you to sort it out
