I had to go into a branch as I wasn't able to log into online banking because I didn't have a mobile number registered.

I was served by Aneesa, who was an absolute delight. She was friendly and welcoming. She updated my account to add my mobile number and let me know it can take up to a week to update on the system so I can log in. I'm autistic, so new and unfamiliar things can be overwhelming. She was very kind and offered to help me use the machines to transfer money without even waiting to be asked. The other staff I saw while waiting also seemed to be very friendly and helpful to their customers. Highly recommended!

I just wish HSBC didn't close both my local branches. I hope this one stays open.

I want to thank Saj for her brilliant service. I usually have to go to the counter to withdraw my rent money, but without me even asking, she offered to increase my withdrawal limit. Her proactive approach has saved me so much time. HSBC needs more employees like her. Thank you, Saj!
