I walked in to the store so upset due to what happened with my other holiday and Louise really did turn our day around and sorted us a nice holiday and made sure everything was double checked before I left! What seemed like 24 hours of a nightmare after our holiday getting cancelled…Louise made mine and my children’s day and we are going on holiday after all! Thank you so much we are so grateful !!

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service from this shop.
The staff members are absolutely incapable of doing their jobs correctly and tell lies to customers to try and cover their tracks when they have made an error.
I have paid over £7000 for this holiday and their service was absolutely appalling. They made countless errors with our booking and would not accept responsibility when challenged.
I have dealt with 4 members of staff and every single of them have lied, and made mistakes which they will not take accountability for!
I do not recommend to book your holiday with Hays travel, I specifically booked with a travel agent for peace of mind that my holiday would be booked and taken care of with no issues, and I’ve experienced nothing but issues.
Never again would I use this company 1 star rating is even too much for them.

Popped into the branch and wanted some info on long haul summer destinations. Staff super friendly but not pushy. Answered my questions and suggested some destinations which met my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very attentive. So pleased with my experience. Will be back!

Myself and my partner visited & have to say we won't be going back . We waited over 10 mins to be seen and when the young lady did come out to us she was uninterested in giving us information she was more interested in booking our holiday very poor. Going to book online instead 🙃 have to say in the past things were different they fell over themselves to give you as much info as they could . Poor .
