Dave Thomas and his team at Franklin Management have been an absolute godsend for our apartment block. Franklin and their legal advisors initially provided us with assistance about 2 years ago in getting rid of our old managing agent who was charging everyone extortionate amounts of money and not doing anything in return. Our block liked like a building site and was a magnet for antisocial behaviour.
When Franklin came in, they told us what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost and how long it would take to sort out. They oversaw repairs and refurbishment within budget and timescales and still managed to significantly reduce the service charges we pay! Their team is friendly, always hands-on and get any issues sorted straight away. They are also transparent with everyone on what they spend and what they do. Our block is a nice place to live again.
I've lived in a number of other apartment blocks before and the problems I had here were endemic there too. I was beginning to think there was nothing like an honest managing agent but there is and we've got them, so Franklin thank you for restoring my faith and keep up the amazing work you do! I would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their current managing agent.

We had an issue with some youths vandalising our block of flats and being threatening. Franklin Management, and Dave (the director, I believe) in particular, were extremely responsive to our needs and you could tell they genuinely cared for our safety and well-being throughout.

I find that it's easy to criticise a building management company. But for me, it's really easy to give a positive review of Franklin Management.

I highly recommend Franklin Management. Franklin provided us with advice on how to remove our previous poorly performing management company, managed the legal process for us to gain control of the building insurance from the Landlord and suggested ideas for how we could reduce running costs. In the first year alone, our outgoings reduced by 50%!

They are a small but professional company and very responsive to dealing with issues as they arise.
