We had a dilapidations claim made against us, arising from a commercial office tenancy, a full repairing lease.
This is a field in which we have had no experience, we were recommended to Paul by a law firm known to us.
Together, with his guidance, we worked through the claim and, over a period of some months, we compared our schedule of dilapidations versus that of the landlord’s surveyors.
Subsequently, the matter was settled without reaching court and thereby avoiding additional costs.
We would comment that Paul’s advice was knowledgeable and insightful. His dealing and communications with the landlord’s agent was consistent throughout, which, in our opinion, paved the way to the agreed settlement.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his firm, whether it is for a small claim or a large industrial claim, you will be in safe and competent hands.

We spent 4 months wasting our time with this company to be messed about and end up with no property.
Sunny was not helpful at all, we constantly had to chase him and he did not work on our behalf to help us. He was rude and the information we were given throughout changed, where we didn’t know what we were doing or make plans for our business.
He told us he wasn’t really interested in letting the property we were interested in as it was “small fry” for his National client!
After 4 months we decided to walk away and try to find a more professional company to help us get our commercial property.
I doubt his client will know how he has dealt with us on their behalf.
We’ll be avoiding this company at all costs in the future. Very disappointing.
