As a newcomer to the UK property market, I've had a great experience with Royston & Lund Estate Agents. I am currently in the process of buying a property in Nottingham. Royston & Lund Estate Agents have several properties listed that caught my interest. Booking viewings with their team has been smooth and hassle-free.
Nick has been outstanding during my viewings of several properties. He always arrives on time, is well-prepared with detailed information, and is ready to answer all my questions. He is knowledgeable about the local area and the general housing market. As newcomers to the UK property market, we found his tips incredibly helpful.

Used Royston and Lund to sell our property recently, once it didn’t sell in week one they seemed to lose interest. Communication and feedback non existent throughout the process, never once got a call to ask how it was going or to suggest why we hadn’t sold. Once we handed our notice in to remove the property from the market they never even asked why or asked if they could do anything, I’d choose an agent who’s interested in your property.

Royston and Lund recently sold my late mother's flat in West Bridgford. I can't fault the service provided by them from start to finish. The staff were extremely courteous and continually provided me with updates regarding viewings etc. Once sold the sales progression team were able to make the path to completion extremely easy.

I would recommend them if you have a property to sell without reservation.

If I could give this company a minus star I really would.
Sadly our mum died last year and we were in the emotional situation of selling a much loved house,full of memories,and a house mum had loved.
Royston and Lund made this one of the most upsetting experiences!
Having pictures sent to us from the buyers solicitor of people in our mum's bedroom taking pictures opening drawers and children running around.
All this while we were clearing mum's possessions, cash, private papers and personal items. We were not told of the visit, which had been stipulated originally.
The sign of a good company is how they handle issues and complaints like this!
Let me say......... Royston and Lund were disgusting. So much so that I am going through the ombudsman!!

We've had many viewings with Nick around West B and Ruddington. Always a pleasure to see him as he's super helpful, a great character and gives lots of useful tips about how the spaces can be lived in and used.

As a landlord, they let the property below market value, all they do when managing is forward messages to and from your tenant. Albeit slowly. Which made them pointless. In the end of easier easier and quicker to speak directly to the tenant.

As a tenant, they told my landlord I had ccj's which I didn't, causing me to almost lose the property, I had to pay 12 months up front because of this, they were slow to release deposit and tried to wangle deductions under light cleaning.

This company are completely incompetent never received any apology. Would never use or recommend.
