A very professional service. Accurate not inflated valuation. The service we received from the whole team was friendly and very supportive. They get on with stuff. No fuss. Deal with problems efficiently. Nice to speak to. Don't get wrapped up in needlessly complicated processes like another prominent local agent. I do rentals with them but someone I know said they were very good with her sale and the sales team seem very nice when I have spoken to them.

I found all of the staff at Oakwood Ramsgate to be very helpful. I dealt mainly with Kathy Wood and Chloe Marshall who dealt with our viewings for both sale and purchase, Both were very professional and could not do enough to help. All of the office staff were also very helpful and communicated throughout. I found Josh, Josh 2, Debbie, Rob and Suzanne very helpful and all would always return calls and forward messages. We are very happy with the service provided and would wholeheartedly recommend Oakwood to others

This is the second time I have used Oakwoods to sell a property over a 10 year period. The care, compassion and understanding of the agents was above and beyond expectation, this was one of the main reasons I came back as a return customer. The sales progressors are equally amazing and keep you fully updated all the way through the sale, they monitor the sale closely and deal regularly with solicitors for you.
