At least 5 different waiters served our table. Waited a whole hour for our food, which when it came was not what we ordered for half of us. Restaurant was a bit cold, some of us kept our jackets and coats while waiting. No extra drinks offered at all during the wait. Not even water. No one cleared empty cups or glasses. Options labeled as vegan contained milk, which is unacceptable and dangerous for customers with allergies.
Big disappointment as the place looks beautiful and it is on the expensive side.

Simple menu, simple, clean and cozy ambiance. The food is beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The starters came very quickly but you never felt rushed.

Nice location and the Dining room was nice. I had roast chicken and found it quite underwhelming. The roast potatoes were very soft and bland. The chicken was a bit too salty. I also found the vegetable portions to be very small.

Sadly I can’t give better feedback as this usually great Sunday dining experience felt very disappointing. I’d asked for a particular table well in advance, didn’t get any call saying that spot is no longer dog-friendly which would have allowed me to either leave the dog at home or come later so we could have a table with a view. It was a special occasion for which we were instead tucked away in a corner of the Lounge area on a low pub table that was shakey, not given any option to wait for a better table. The Sunday roast was average, cauliflower undercooked, roast potatoes were greasy and the Yorkshire pudding were flavourless. Such a shame as this used to be a go-to. Bathrooms were also grubby, no hand towels and what looked like blood on one of the walls. Hope the new management can look a bit more at the detail and add a bit more care to how things are done.

My score reflects my comments and not the quality of the food.
We arrived for a breakfast and was greeted lovely by the hostess on the front dest and showed us to our table, we had two Albion English breakfast and two lattes and I ordered 1 extra bacon.
The quality of the food we received was great, lovely and hot the eggs were tasty .....but the problem we had was we only got half a mushroom ......each. For a £12.50 breakfast ( to add that 1 slice of bacon was a shocking £2.50 ) £35.05 total cost one would of thought a whole mushroom would of made the plate for a premium breakfast in a fine establishment.
Very disappointing.

We decided to have breakfast here because the place looked cozy and nice (and it was). We ordered the Albion full English breakfast and French toasts. The full English was ok, we particularly liked the sausage and were positively surprised by the spicy baked beans,... but it was expensive for the quantity that you get. We didn't like the French toasts at all, they were dry and didn't have much taste, they are made with sourdough and not brioche and were barely covered in batter, served with a little bit of cream a sour berries compote, again, way too expensive for what it was. The service was just the minimum, quite slow and no warmth at all

The buildings interior is Georgian-esque which suits the room with its high cealings and calm vibe.
Went for a Sunday Roast with friends. Meat, Roast Carrots and Mustard Cabbage was lovely.
Only addition to the food would be if the Yorkshire Pudding and Roast Potatos had a bit more flavour to them but still nice.
