Staying with Multi-let's has been the worst place I have ever had, my mistake as I went on their pictures that they used to advertise the room that I rented big mistake I made there on arriving to start my contract I saw that the photographs had been seriously photo-shopped. The room was suffering from rising damp rodents in the property mould all over the room. It took 8 months for someone to come take a look at the room but yet nothing has been done please be very careful if thinking of renting a room from this business they do not care about the residents they just want your money and don't care about the property. Oh and they love to enter your room unannounced without prior notice.

Multi-Let have been great from start to finish. Excellent property, furnished and maintained to a high standard, solid communication and support. Super helpful in all ways and arguably the best renting experience I've had. Everyone from Multi-Let that I've dealt with has been extremely helpful and professional. Gabriel in particular went above and beyond to make the move as easy and convenient as possible. When I asked if there was a desk in the room he actually gave me his old one! When I arrived to collect keys he was assembling it for me, which he didn't need to do at all - but clearly shows how much he cares about everything being spot-on. I've never experienced an agency (or agent!) going so far above and beyond for a tenant before. Overall, excellent property, excellent agency, excellent staff, and very highly recommended. WORST AGENCY - AVOID - HAD TO INVOLVE COUNCIL

Rented a room with Multi Let & once I'd moved in I found out there was a hole in the roof of the house and every time it rained water came into my room making it damp and mouldy.

After telling Multi Let about this they took weeks to get someone to fix the roof (even though there was water coming down my room walls). The contractors Multi Let sent didn't fix the roof properly so it was still not watertight. I contacted Multi immediately telling them this and despite chasing them for 2 months they refused to send someone else out to fix it and said that they apparently couldn't get in contact with the Landlord so couldn't get approval for the repairs - conveniently when I was forced to open a formal complaint with the council about it they got in contact with the landlord straight away.

They ended up fixing the roof 2 weeks before I moved out after I had been at the property for 6 months in a damp and mouldy room that made me ill. Throughout this time they were extremely unprofessional and tried to blame the damp on me saying it was from drying washing when the water was clearly coming through the ceiling and walls from outside of the house.

Don't rent any room from Multi Let, they will say anything to get you to sign a contract and once you have they leave you to deal with the issues in your house/room.

The time has come to move out, so I want to leave a fair review - we started off on the wrong foot, Multi-Let and us, but the overall 2.5-year experience is definitely worth at least 4 stars. Yes, there were some rough times, but problems are everywhere, what matters is how they are SOLVED. The Customer Service team have always done their best to keep us happy (and we are not the easiest tenants.. :P) and every issue was resolved eventually. A big shout out to Property Manager Max Bailey, whose customer service literally changed our entire perspective about this agency. Multi-Let shared housing is a very good match for single professionals or for couples who don't need much space. It's convenient and easy to manage - one monthly payment, all bills included. Prices are fair and the rooms are self-contained, each having their own shower. My partner and I lived in an attic room and we absolutely loved it - we found the peace we so desperately needed when we first moved in. One piece of advice I can give is do not choose a ground floor room if you like your peace & quiet. Good value for money and very straight forward processes. I can't believe I am saying this, but I will miss out little attic room, the only reason we are moving out is because we need more space. My experience with Multi-let has been great so far. Our property manager, Dipti has been really responsive in sorting things out. He managed to get our washing machine as well as the head board of my bed fixed within a matter of days. Happy with the service!

By far the worst agency I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The house has had a mice infestation for months and they’ve done nothing. There is a gas leak (which is an emergency) and they’ve made me wait for hours to send someone. They won’t pick up the phone. I am so glad I’m moving out soon.

I have stayed in a multi-let property for 1 year and it has been great! The house and bedroom was of a very high standard with cleaners that came in to the property every 2 weeks! My experience with the staff at multi-let has been fantastic, they have always answered the phones and have been quick to sort out any problems I or the house has had including fixing the boiler late at night when it froze! I would recommend using multi-let to anyone looking to house share with like minded people as they do their best to make sure you are living with people you will get along with.
