Absolutely rubbish. You can't get through on the phone and only 2 people working in a city centre bank. I needed to close my husband's accounts as he has passed away. Had to do this online, no idea how long it's going to take. I bet money goes out before this is done. Absolutely fuming and bad service

I have to travel from Mansfield to Nottingham to deposit a cheque because this is the closest branch and low and behold the one day I come your are closed on a Saturday! This isn't the first time this has happened either! Why can't you just update your systems like other banks and allow us to deposited a cheque on the app get with the times fgs! And as to your reply whenever I request you send payin slips or any sort of help online or over the phone it doesn't happen. You could have at least put a notice up on your Google times that it's closed today!!

I have been calling the bank since 10 am this morning with an hour in between each call
1st 20 minutes wait called back
2nd 30 minutes called back
3rd still 30 minutes called back
4th still 30 minutes called back
just now 16.30 estimated answer time 60 Minutes
where are all the staff you sacked when you closed all the branches ? why oh why are they NOT ANSWERING CALLS?

My wife and I have used this branch several times. Each time the staff have been very polite, efficient and knowledgeable, sorting out our problems however long it took. Excellent - thanks.

Despite putting in all the correct information still wasn't able to get my app to work after accidently deleting it. So if they do not want my custom I will close the accounts. More for National Westminster Bank.

Very disappointed with my experience of the Nottingham branch today.

After being held up at another appointment, on entering the bank I was told I was late for my appointment. On checking the assistant informed me that due to not being on time I could be seen but wouldn't be able to have a full appointment The branch was empty, there were a number of members of staff not doing a great deal.

I will be taking my business elsewhere, a big loss on commission today, very poor service, no thank you
