Bad experience with bank. I have had money problem for 2 months because of them. I don't think I was even informed from bank it will take this long , they told me it will take maximum a week. Don't open account here there will be just problems. I had same issues with my card. I received it after 4/5 months of opening account even though I asked for it when I opened account and 3/4 times after that.

Was helped by Lilly, who did an excellent job of sorting my query, the place was clean and organised and the staff were extremely helpful, didn’t have to queue too long and was directed to someone who could help within the first 2 minutes of walking in. Would highly recommend!

Call into Nottingham branch this morning 25th November to check my bank account after being closed for 7 weeks, I don't know what's been done but it's awful, all the machines are on right side of bank when you walk in and SO much wasted space, people were queuing to the door, people pushing in and the bank had only been open 2 hours, 2 of the cash machines wasn't working in doors, then some people wanted to get bank statements and the bank people had to go upstairs to get them for customers instead of getting them out of the statement machine. I don't know how much money you have spent but it's a right shambles, one person on front desk trying to help people it wasn't enough.

Had a really unfortunate situation a couple months back where I’d been exploited by a scammer over social media. To make things worse I’d lost hundreds of pounds in the process. When I say Kaz and Jayne were the perfect pair to help me is an understatement. Both were very quick to assess the situation and calm me down in the process. Within a week we were able to refund the majority of my money and put in safety procedures should anything happen again. This was the best customer service I’ve received in my life. 10/10! Thanks again to the lovely Kaz and Jayne!!!
