I had the most wonderful experience shopping at Nisa Local! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The store is always impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to browse the aisles.
What truly sets Nisa Local apart is their incredible selection of products. They offer a wide range of items from pantry staples to household necessities, and I appreciate the effort they put into sourcing locally whenever possible. It's a great feeling knowing I'm supporting local businesses while enjoying the best quality ingredients.
The staff at Nisa Local are exceptional. They are not only knowledgeable and helpful but also genuinely friendly. Whenever I have a question or need assistance finding something, they go out of their way to assist me with a smile. It's this level of customer service that keeps me coming back.
The prices at Nisa Local are competitive, and they often have fantastic deals and promotions that make grocery shopping even more enjoyable. It's a relief to know that I can get high-quality products without breaking the bank.
In addition to groceries, Nisa Local offers a variety of other essentials, including household items, snacks, and beverages, making it a one-stop-shop for all my needs.
I can't say enough good things about Nisa Local. It's become my go-to grocery store, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience filled with friendly faces and quality products.

Poor service and ripped-off.
1. They have a joint Post Office and regular service counter.
I waited patiently and was next in the queue at the Post Office counter, with the other queue completely empty. All was going well. An older gentleman (not elderly) arrived at the other counter before service was completed for the customer in front of me at the Post Office counter, and then a small queue formed behind the older gentleman at the regular service counter.
I was told to wait because the regular service counter customers are more important. The other gentleman even told the server I was ahead in the queue. Wow.
2. I went to special effort to make sure my package would fit into the £1.45 postage tier for a large letter, yet was charged £2.05.
For that extra 60p I could have driven to another post office with better service, and I will next time.
People wonder why their local Post Offices are being closed down, if this is the expected level of service then so be it.

Not sure where to start with this one...
To say the whole experience was a joke would be being too kind.
On entry to the store the main till area had a sign above offering a selection of limited Post Office services including the one I need, cash paying in.
The guy behind counter was either really not interested in being there or didn't have sufficient training to offer the Post Office services and I was directed to a long line of customers standing closely waiting for the "Main Counter".
I understand that Post Office services are becoming more and more of a luxury but when your local one is constantly closed due to illness, the one in the next village has zero customer service you do have to wonder how long it will be before the Post Office closes all together.
Seriously sort your customer service skills out 🤦♂️

Great little shop with newspapers confectioners tobacconist alcohol general shopping fresh vegetables and a sub Post Office which does many of the things that the main Post Offices do. Convenience store prices for the most part but they do have some really good offers from time to time and open everyday till late at night it's an absolute must for the village

Really nice staff. Really could do with updating the shop. And automatic doors. I’m disabled and really struggle. Sometimes I can’t get inside. It’s really poor to say it’s also a post office.

The owners of this store will welcome you espically if you are NOT wearing a mask. yesterday 4 young men went in within almost at the same time (sun 2nd @11.35) and were not questioned for not wearing a mask. This put everyone else at risk, but they just want the money in the till.

Very friendly staff.
Shame they allow people to wander around with no masks on. Especially when a lot of pensioners collect the pension there.this includes staff workmen and the locals who cant be bothered .its time they stepped up and started to enforce the mask rule.

I go every week for my parents pension and they are an amazing bunch ...always polite helpful and pleasant....not a word against them all lovely people
