If I could give a 0 I would. What is the point in having 8 tills but only have on member of staff serving customers. Closing time says one thing but you’re turning people away 15 minutes early, then they have the nerve to say that the staff need time to close everything down. NO YOU DO THAT AFTER THE STATED CLOSING TIME NOT BEFORE, GET BETTER STAFF. With all the negative reviews over the years you would have thought something would have been done by now to make it better

I must say that this Royal mail services is terrible. Wendy is a very rude lady with a terrible service provider. She is sarcastic and provide little to no information. When asked a simple question she answer with a very rude tone and lack of happiness on her words. Denise, on the other hand, is very nice and calm lady. Unlucky Denise needs to work with Wendy by her side.

99% of the ladies working here are great and I have no issues at all with.

Ufortunately you do have to watch one as she will twist the royal mail size guide to one side when you have letter sized item and tell you it's now a large letter.

I have a size guide at home and if you turn it to one side most parcels shaped either square or rectangular get stuck at the last third of the parcel, that's basic.

Hold it normally and these items go straight through without any issue.

Terrible service, rude and just uncalled for.

Empty post office with no one waiting, great, I said to myself, I’ll get served quick…. Wrong…… stood waiting more than 10 minutes before giving up and walking out. 3 staff on tills, 2 with “position closed” displayed, the 3rd member of staff walking around doing other things and staring at me with attitude all while a bit of a queue formed behind me. Dreadful place, won’t be using them again, get some decent staff in instead of the same dinosaur’s that have been working there for years!

Never enough staff on, you get 2 hours free parking, but can be queuing for half an hour at times, then you don't get much time to shop, especially if your disabled and have trouble walking.

Closing times need to reflect when they actually close. Arrived 15min before stated closing time to be told we are now closed, highlighted the fact it states 2pm on their board but was told staff need time to bag up and pack away. Disgusting attitude and service no wonder people are stopping using the post office if this is the service they get.

To my surprise Sutton-in-Ashfield post office giving false time and bever ooen anyone the week days properly every time i visit 10 am till 5 pm.week days its always close what our council doing?

I'm in a queue of 16 people and there is one person actually helping people, with a further 2 pottering about not helping. I don't know what their priority is, but it certainly isn't their customers.
