Asia advertising brands at discounted prices but when you go to the till thay then say there not on offer or the offer has been withdrawn ( advertising fish figers £1.25 then the assistant taking the tag of the freezer and saying the offers with drawn but still advertising on TV,and where's the so called Asia price gone? I'll be using aldi or Lindley from now on this happens quite a lot

Ordered home delivery from this asda rawtenstall and have done for well over a year. Shamefully this time we was let down by a very incompetent driver, ordered to be delivered between 8.30-9.30 so this kids were in bed as my partner was on her own, the driver buzzed up to be let in as they always do but the driver never turned up with the shopping but instead drove off 5 minutes later got a txt to say my order is cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days. Absolutely disgraceful

The grocery click and collect service is so handy, has made life so much easier! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. My orders are ready on time and all of the items are picked with care- the fruit and veg are fresh. Thank you for providing the click and collect service.

As far as a store goes, great...BUT...The flow of vehicles on and off this car park clearly wasn't factored into any modelling before the site was built. It should be studied world wide by planning authorities -'how to create traffic gridlock when there's only 12 cars parked on a car park'.
It's the place to go if you want to spend a weekend trying to exit a car park.

Used to go a lot and used to be very busy but it's gone downhill. They could improve it I'm sure with good quality food and customer service. It has so much potential but at mo, isn't very good.

This store is a dump. Empty boxes and shelves everywhere. It has been going downhill for months. I have just requested a refund from customer service after being charged twice for an item and they told me to speak to my bank. I will not be returning to this awful store.
