Having been with them for 3 years I sold my car and cancelled my policy only to be told there was a £92 cancellation fee which amounted to a quarter of the total cost which I questioned , the member of staff was unable to justify this amount and I was informed that they would charge anyone the same even loyal customers. I have asked for a full breakdown and I am interested to see how they do this. I will not be recommending them and when buy our 2 new cars will not consider them for our cover. We paid monthly so they were in pocket. All I could get from the member of staff was that was their charges and that’s it !!! Thanks but no thanks .

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have this company is terrible.... I completed one years insurance with them then renewed for my second year but had to cancel due to selling the car, I was told over the phone it would be a £60 charge to cancel. When I called back to confirm the cancellation and pay the outstanding fee I was told it was £94 no explanation of what the funds where for just that it had been calculated fairly.... HONESTLY DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED.

I received a letter stating the renewal date was approaching and they would automatically renew the policy if they did not hear from me. I then emailed them stating I did not wish to renew with them and I would be paying the final months payment and cancelling, I then phoned them 2 weeks prior to the renewal to confirm I would not be renewing and would they send my proof of no claims to me via email. 2 months later I receive a letter stating I have missed payments and they require the full amount of £520 off me to which I phoned asking what is going on and they say they have automatically renewed my policy as they never heard from me and now I am in arrears and they demand payment! They have also refused to provide me with my proof of no claims until payment in full has been made. Basically a law unto themselves and blatantly do as they please even though you do everything correctly and cancel. I have now lost 8 years no claims because of this bunch of con artists! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Please be very careful when using this insurance broker. If you put any information in incorrectly, they will phone you to clarify and if the premium rises dramatically, which mine did, and you wish to cancel, they will charge you an expensive admin fee.

I'd advise going straight to the larger companies and avoid this brokers.

Cancelled my insurance policy with this company to find out that they want £160 to cancel it absolutely ridiculous had my policy with them for just over 2 months my insurance policy was £600 don't bother with them rip off merchants
