If you are looking for a property management company or are looking for a property to rent, stop!! you have came to the right place!!

I contacted Fabian regarding a property in Bristol, and I explained how I was in Glasgow and I wouldn’t be able to view it in person. Fabian went above and beyond not only doing an online viewing but sending more photos and videos when I requested them, and he was very quick in getting me into the property.

I had a number of issues with getting down to Bristol/ sorting arrangements to get me into the property which fabian was amazing and met out with his business hours (around 1900 in the evening after I kept him waiting for 3 hours- sorry Fabian!!) to give me a full tour of my new flat.

Any issues I had before I moved into the flat, I don’t think any of my questions very waiting any longer than an hour!!

It is obvious the care and passion that fabian and the Easier Management team put into maintaining their properties as I have no issues at all in the 6 months of my tenancy. Regular checks are conducted of the properties and fabian keeps in touch every couple of months just to make sure everything is going ok with the property.

As a tenant I can’t recommend this company enough, if easier Management treats their tenants well I can only imagine the same would be for your property as a landlord!!
