Frazer I met today, and hope to again this week. He met me earlier than the time that was booked in, fantastic! I don’t like to be kept waiting so was impressed with this.
he was well knowledge in the property that he was selling un like some estate agents I’ve met. He had all the keys for every door- which again I’ve been with some estate agents and I haven’t been able to view the back garden or other areas! Frazer was upfront and honest, could tell me anything about the property and was very clear in his speech (no mumbling) and conducted himself in a professional manner. Frazer was well dressed, smart and understanding.
I hope to buy from this estate agent as I was very impressed with the viewing and the communication.
The phones were answered straight away by Sam and Sam contacted me again for updates from Frazer.
