James and his team are the worst with a serious lacking of professionalism. We finally sold our property where we had that company working for the building. For months we were chasing them to provide us all the legal papers for the sell and sometimes we been waiting for weeks for one piece of paper. They hold up the sale of our property for at least a month. Now our property is sold since 2 months but our solicitors are still chasing for papers for the new owner. If you looking for someone to manage your property looks somewhere else. Save yourself the stress of dealing with unpleasant, unprofessional company.

We had some water damaged due to a leak in the roof when it rained. Gina sorted out an Engineer (Joe) to come and observe. And within 2 weeks of raising the concern (as it was over Christmas) Joe was able to fix the problem and repaint the walls. Great service!

Horrible service. Apart from the garden, I don't know what else they do. We have a loft in our building that is a shared area with insulation issues that have persisted for years. We have raised this issue multiple times, but they always ignore us and blame it on the way of living, even though they haven't bothered to investigate. We paid for a surveyor who sent all the details and clearly stated the insulation issues to them, but they never took any action. They are very punctual when it comes to charging, but they are never available and always ignore resident requests. I am trying to extend the lease, and they must sign as advised by the solicitor, but they keep ignoring the request. I am very surprised by their good reviews; the poor service is shocking.

Since James Cooke | Your Home Property Management have taken over
the management of our block of flats, repairs and updates have been speedily carried out and most importantly the service charge has fallen. The previous managing agents rarely answered the telephone nor did they call you back. With Your Home Property Management if they don't pic up your call, leave a message, James has always got back to me. It's such a relief to have them as our managing agents.
