I completed my 7 day Elite course yesterday. I cannot praise it enough! Steven Green and every single member of staff/coaches were just amazing!!
I have worked in finance/banking all my adult life and have attended MANY courses, not one of the trainers were a patch on Steven. The knowledge I have gained is invaluable, whether it be mindset or strategies, all explained and delivered brilliantly, I now can’t wait to get started on my property business!! Cannot recommend the PIA enough, and the course is worth every single penny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having already undertaken personal development and mindset training with another coach, I was interested to see how Steven Green approached this. I was mainly there for the property investment and development training, the rest was to be a nice bonus.
The property training was delivered at a good pace in an easy to grasp format. Nobody was left behind and we had some pretty late nights as Steven would not move on until everyone had fully understood each part he taught. This wasn’t a ‘this is what you can do’ course - this was a ‘this is what I have done, here is the proof and this is how I did it’ course. No lies, no unsubstantiated claims, no empty promises. Unlike the vast majority of property trainers currently flogging their snake oil on social media, this guy tells you what he has made and then shows you how to find his company accounts so you can check that he is being honest. He is. I checked. I now have the confidence to employ the strategies I have been taught and plan to succeed right from the start.
The mindset training was next level. The first two days (of the 7 day course) focussed entirely on mindset to ensure everyone was on the same page to absorb the training effectively. The last day of the course was - well, the last day of the course can not be described, you’ll have to do it to understand.
Yes, it is a lot of money. Yes, in my opinion, it is worth it. I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who wants to develop or invest in property. Some people leave the course knowing that they don’t want to go down the route of property investment and instead, they take away a bigger lesson about themselves and focus their attention in a different direction entirely. Either way, the mindset training alone is worth the course fee.

I attended the 3 day advanced course last December 2024 which was a really great introduction mindset and property. Steven and hos team are a wealth of knowledge. I followed up this by attending the Elite course in March 2025 all i can say is wow it was a whole different level from advanced. I went to learn about property and came away having learnt so much about myself and strategies and techniques that will see me carry my property goals right through. I can not thank Steven and his team enough for what i have gained. If you attend go completely open to learn and grow. The cold dips in the sea every morning were an experience on there own. We were all strangers on the first day but left with a true bond of friendship by the end.

THE BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!!!

What a UNBELIEVABLE week it’s been on the ELITE COURSE with Steven and all the other coaches.
Start to finish amazing.. learnt so much from this week and being able to take so much away with me is incredible.
