As a small business in our infancy, it felt like a mine field. Running on sheer determination, drive and a little stubbornness, my business partner & myself felt overwhelmed like busy fools as we learned how our business, our finances, cash flow and all the other aspects of the business stacked up and played out over our first 2 years.
Having joined Streets Steele 6 months ago, though still in our infancy and learning on the job, our small business now feels like a team as we build a good working relationships with the Team at Streets Steele, namely: Emily in payroll, Harry in Bookkeeping, Damon Bookkeeping Manager and Ben, Managing Director.
We honestly feel supported by the Team and although they are a separate entity, we are sincere when we say they all feel like team mates, always there to answer any questions, advice and guide and to reassure us as we grow and develop.
The Team are professional and keep us well informed with detailed check ins both remotely and in person. They are all very professional but are also fun and lighthearted at times and we have a few giggles too, the balance is great and we are very happy & grateful to have them all on board.
The receptionist who greets you when you arrive is super friendly and makes great coffee!!
