If your a small business, look further!

This man will take your money and give you next to nothing in return. Upon requesting to cease my affiliation with Swallow, Ben was over the moon to drop me and actioned it in a matter of minutes. (I chose to do this because he was giving poor advise and had a major lack of care. )
I had already paid the near full yearly fee (circa £1500) and he hasn't even done my of year return!!! )
He wishes to take all of the fee for simple book keeping. I am in the process of disputing his fees but surprisingly (not) he is no longer responding to the most basic of emails and has basically blanked all of my correspondence.

If I could give less then one star is would.

Ben has been a godsend for our business.
We were initially daunted at the prospect of hiring an accountant, having previously tried to keep up with the bookwork ourselves and failing we knew there was a lot to sort out.
Ben was able to do this in a professional but friendly, down to earth way.
Also able to offer us greatly appreciated advice for our business.
We now feel confident we are able to push forward and take our business to the next level, thanks in part to Ben and Swallow Accountancy.

Working with Ben is great. When we first set up our IT business at the end of 2016 we were struggling with managing our accounts properly. Ben spent a lot of time getting things right for us and now takes full control of our accounts, ensuring everything is up to date. He always ensures everything is explained to us in a simple and easy to understand way.

We now feel safe in the knowledge that everything is in hand and being taken care of. Ben is there to advise and remind us when we need to do things and is always on hand when we need him.
