Absolutely shocking. Had to file a complaint with the financial ombudsman after they moved my money to a totally unsuitable pension and didn't even give me any way to access it! Not even an account number. It's taken two years to resolve and cost me thousands of pounds. Despite charging me over £1000 in fees they felt £300 compensation was adequate for the hours and hours spent trying to resolve the matter.

We have used Paul and his team's services over a number of years. They have helped us remortgage, move house and also helped my mother-in-law, who wasn't confident about buying her first home so late in life. They took their time to explain things each step of the way, no question was a daft one and their response and follow ups are always quick.

Utterly beyond belief incompetent!! Like all these companies they make you do all the work - directing you on line only for the system to crash. So bad they had me deactivate my account and ask me to set it up all again. When you call, you reach robots where even when one speaks with the clarity of our beloved past Queen , the ludicrous software insists on re quoting the wrong registration number Ad infinitum!!! I bet if I missed a DD they’d be unbelievably efficient . I’ll quit now so I can call the Samaritans !

We have had our yearly meeting with Alex Glen recently although due to lock down it had to be over the phone.
In this day and age when people are all to eager to complain I must say how happy my wife and I are with the way Alex has advised us and invested our savings. He has made our retirement more comfortable to enjoy knowing we have the support of a excellent financial advisor, he is a credit to your company.

Come to speak about my voluntary termination qnd they 100% screwed me over refinanced my car and my 50% marker with speaking to me about it leaving me having to pay thousands more. Then when I filed complaint they sent me a final reply again without contacting me like they said they would saying they would not speak to me to resolve it as they weren't interested, absolutely disgusted with them and I've never missed a payment over 2 and a half years. Do not recommend
