Used to own !! Manage St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool city Centre
Now According to building manager
Heating was never allowed to be on even in winter
I worked there as a Security Customer Service Dogsbody and in the winter months the place was an iceberg
Automatic doors on every Entrance' failing almost daily adding to the tenants long long list of Complaints ref the heating system never working
Miraculously though every single time
Munroe K visited site
Heating was left on full even it seemed if there visit was in the spring or summer months.
