We chose to sell our house with Charles Orlebars, at the exact time the housing market went into crisis, rubbish interest rates and very few people around buying. We worked closely with George, and I can tell you this guy earned his fees, he sold our house twice, 6 months apart, the first time we had some issues and we had to pull out of the agreed sale, not once did George make us feel bad, he’s been nothing but supportive, 6 months later it took a little longer and a lot of hard work, but George was always there, even though he had so, so much going on in his own life! Getting this sale to completion was fairly fraught and tiresome, but George was always on the end of the phone or text to help work things out. No they aren’t the cheapest agent, and they didn’t value our house as high as any other agent, but they are the best! I must give a shout out to Lucy and Liz, who are also absolutely fantastic! We will miss you George, it’s like you’d become part of the family!
